Also known as Color Therapy, it’s the use of colors to heal and balance people’s energy. I think this is a good alternative method. You can’t deny that colors have different effects on people. When you enter to an orange room, you can feel the warm of the ambient. If you wear something blue, you usually feel calm even depressed. And when you see something white, you feel purity. You may call it cultural value, because you associate color to certain topics (e.g. black is related to death, pink is related to romance).  But if you meditate about this, you’ll realize that the colors you see have an effect on you and nowadays those effects are studied and used to provoke good feeling on people as a therapy.
